Leather dye blending and coloring agents
Currently, most of the pigment-containing materials used in leather dyeing and maintenance in our country contain anions. After use, the leather surface becomes hard, rubbery, seals the pores, and reduces breathability. For example, aniline leather will turn black, and colored leather will not have a color effect after dyeing. Suede and nubuck leather can only be washed and cannot be dyed. These materials are not widely used in China. The domestic leather industry mainly uses imported materials, which are expensive. This significantly increases costs, and the prices of finished products in the market remain high, greatly affecting sales.
To achieve the purpose of the present invention, it is a leather dye that includes shear leather dyeing liquid, suede leather, nubuck leather dyeing liquid, and leather dyeing liquid, where the shear leather dyeing liquid is at room temperature. The metal complex dye is mixed with water in a volume ratio of 1:4, and then fully stirred with synthetic resin in a volume ratio of 1:2. It also contains cationic emulsion for dyeing and priming.
The dyeing liquid for suede and nubuck leather contains metal complex dye and diluent, which are mixed in a volume ratio of 1:4, and an appropriate amount of silicone oil and synthetic fixing liquid is added.
The leather dyeing liquid is a coloring agent for smooth leather, accounting for 5%-15% of the total volume of silicone oil, 5%-15% of metal complex dye, and 1%-5% of softeners and additives. The mixture of reagents also contains an appropriate amount of pigment.
Synthetic resin contains oil, soft wax, and casein in equal parts to form a non-film-forming mixture, which is then diluted with a diluent to an appropriate consistency.
Compared with the prior art, this leather dye has the following advantages.
1. The leather dye does not contain anions but is added with cationic oil emulsion. After spraying and brushing, the pores of the leather fibers are not affected by chemical materials, and the breathability remains unchanged.
2. The synthetic resin contained does not form a film, does not shine, is fluffy, soft, and elastic, ensuring the quality of high-end leather.
3. Using metal complex dye and silicone oil, it does not form a film, is not sticky, has no gloss and shine, and the leather does not become shiny after dyeing, remaining soft but not hard.
4. The method of use is spraying, brushing, ironing, and is simple to operate. It is suitable not only for home use but also for large-scale production in leather factories. Using color-changing liquid, it does not require much money to renovate old leather clothing.
5. Compared with similar foreign products, foreign dyes use CX dye water, while this invention uses metal complex dye water, which is low-cost and half cheaper than imported materials.
